S/N Voucher Program in Grand Junction

Homeless pets need our help.  Due to unchecked breeding, the pet population has grown out of control and this has led to the euthanasia of around 4 million shelter pets each year.  In Colorado alone nearly 33,000 dogs and cats are euthanized in our shelters every year, and TAF is trying to bring down this number by sponsoring Spay/Neuter initiatives in our area.

We understand, spaying or neutering your pet can be expensive.  That’s why we support places like Animal Birth Control in Grand Junction.  We have a voucher system there for low-income families so they can be responsible pet parents and have their pets spayed or neutered at little to no cost.  So far we have sponsored 35 surgeries through this voucher program in 3 months, and we are excited to continue this program with ABC and other veterinary facilities.

Your donations help us keep this and other programs going, and we appreciate all that you do to support TAF in our mission to reduce the number of homeless pets!
