Oh happy day!  Just in time for Thanksgiving the final mustangs rescued from the Spring Creek Roundup were released this past Saturday at the Serengeti Wild Horse Sanctuary.  It has been a long road (to read more about the roundup, click here), but thanks to generous donor support and a large group of concerned citizens, Operation Mustang Freedom is now a success!

There are so many people to thank for making this possible, Burt, TJ Holmes, Kathy Hamm and Dream Catchers, Susannah Smith and her son Chris, Alesandra, Olga, Audrey, Dianne , James, and all of the people who donated to help keep these mustangs fed and healthy.   Nothing can describe the joy of this happy ending like pictures of the mustangs enjoying their 3,500 protected acres!  The Telluride Animal Foundation was so happy to play a part in this incredible journey, and we wish all the mustangs long and happy lives in their new Sanctuary!

**Thank you TJ Holmes for these amazing pictures**
