New Spay/Neuter Voucher Program

TAF has recently partnered with Animal Birth Control in Grand Junction to provide low-cost Spay/Neuter vouchers to members of the public.  We know that it can be expensive to have your pet spayed or neutered, and in these tough economic times we want to make it easy for people to do the right thing!  Since early August we have started issuing vouchers at ABC that cover most of the cost for families in need, and in special cases we will cover the whole cost.

The friendly little dog pictured is Boo Boo.  Boo Boo is the joy of his family’s life, but they have fallen on tough times.  His parents are homeless but they do whatever it takes to make sure Boo Boo is happy and healthy.  TAF was happy to step in and cover the cost of Boo Boo’s surgery, and thanks to other charitable organizations he is able to receive free  food and vaccinations.

Overall we have covered part or all of the costs for 20 spay/neuter surgeries through this voucher program, and we are excited to continue this partnership with Animal Birth Control.  Please consider donating to TAF so we can keep this and other life-saving programs running!
